Confirmed! Overpopulation propaganda are misleading

Coming to reality, naturally resourceful countries like India or Africa alone can increase crop yields to the point of providing food to the entire world. It is plain nonsense to propose that Earth cannot supply enough resources and humans need to build colonies on other planets. How dangerously misleading the modern science can be and how it can take centuries to undo the damage is perfectly realized from the historical blunder scientists made by linking saturated fat with heart disease. After 40+ years of experiments and ruining millions of lives, they realize they were wrong. Why should the world follow such experimental science at the cost of losing its wealth of healthy generations?

The ongoing propaganda about overpopulation is a reminder of the miserly son who, not knowing his father’s opulence, panics when guests stay at his house. He fears that the guests will use up his father’s property and he will not have enough food to eat. It is his miserly nature that makes him feel insecure.

Overpopulation is a myth. Read the figures below. It is a product of ignorance at the best, or a business run by evil minded people who are worse than the miserly. In the name of saving the mankind, the primary focus of the promoters of overpopulation is money and control. It is another example of how mainstream media have clubbed with so-called scientists, paid environmentalists and politicians to mislead the world in every possible way for their own benefit.

overpopulation is a myth

How dangerously misleading the modern science can be, how it takes decades to realize the mistake, and how it can take centuries to undo the damage caused, is perfectly realized from the historical blunder modern scientists have made by linking saturated fat with heart disease.

Take a look.

In 1961, a person called Ancel Keys floated a theory that saturated fat was the cause for heart disease. He aggressively advocated this theory and successfully persuaded the AHA (American Heart Association) to issue the country’s first-ever guidelines targeting saturated fat. By 1970, John Yudkin, an English researcher, argued that sugar in the diet was the cause of heart disease in wealthy nations, but Keys, sensing that his theory was vulnerable to reconsideration, passionately led the charge to have that research discredited.

“The research of Ancel Keys led not only to poor dietary guidelines which have fooled people for decades, but it also led to the development of the most lucrative class of drugs ever sold in the history of mankind: cholesterol-lowering statin drugs.” (Source We were wrong about saturated fat, admit scientists)

In 2014, Time magazine published an article openly rejecting Ancel’s theory. Not that they published some new information; they just admitted that people were misled for some 40+ odd years. How they were misled is one of the most shameful display of misusing government agencies to influence the mass.

Brayan Walsh, the author of the article, articulately describes the historical blunder: “By 1080 that wisdom was codified. The US department of Agriculture (USDA) issued its first dietary guidelines, and one of the primary directives was to avoid cholesterol and fat of all sorts. The National Institutes of Health recommended that all Americans over the age of 2 cut fat consumption, and that same year the government announced the results of a $150 million study, which had a clear message: eat less fat and cholesterol to reduce your risk of a heart attack.” (Source)

In 1980, Phillip Handler, the president of the Nationals Academy of Sciences, called it a “vast nutritional experiment,” but with nearly a million Americans a year dropping dead from heart disease by the mid-80s, America was desperate to try something. They did.

And here is what they achieved after experimenting for 40+ years:

“Nearly four decades later, the results are in: the experiment was a failure. We cut the fat, but by almost every measure, Americans are sicker than ever. The prevalence of Type 2 diabetes increased 166% from 1980 to 2012. Nearly 1 in 10 American adults have the disease, costing the health care system $245 billion a year, and an estimated 86 million people are prediabetic. Deaths from heart disease have fallen-a fact that many experts attribute to better emergency care, less smoking and widespread use of cholesterol-controlling drugs like statins- but cardiovascular disease remains the country’s No 1 killer. Even the increasing rates of exercise haven’t been able to keep us healthy. More than a third of the country is now obese, making the U.S. one of the fattiest countries in an increasingly fat world.” (Source)

Why should the world follow such non-scientific, ever-changing theories promoted by the so-called scientific world, with the help of government agencies, at the cost of risking its own age old wealth of healthy generations?

The same propagandists are now creating worldwide panic about overpopulation. In this article we will produce evidences and examples, from all angles of vision- social, medical, economical, political, religious, moral- and show how overpopulation is a sure myth. The fact is, human population on this planet will never go beyond the limit fixed by the laws of nature. We are too far from that limit.

First thing first. No religious scripture of the world, of any faith, warns of overpopulation. They do talk of unwanted population but it does not refer to number of people. Unwanted population refers to untrained, uncivilized people without proper family lineage, the varna sankara, who are practically devoid of human culture. For example, today’s western world can be compared to such population where an unknown number of people do not have the correct information about who is their biological father, not to speak of family lineage and cultural heritage. It is a fact that due to the influence of Kaliyuga, at present the West is teaching the rest of the world how to abandon human values and live like animals. Their pornography industry, nude beaches and resorts and promotion of slaughter houses to eat dead animals are a few examples. We can talk about it some other time.

Prevailing overpopulation myth is about number of people. People are taught to believe that mother Earth does not have enough resources to support increasing population! The theory also assumes that in the past this planet was never more populated than it is today. The questions is, how many hector of land is lying empty on the Earth? How many factories are lying idle on the surface of the Earth that can be used to grow agriculture for human beings? How many cows who can nourish human beings are being slaughtered? How many rich people have captured wealth and land that is meant for others? The list goes on.

There is no question of overpopulation. It is about managing the population and evenly distributing resources. Tons and tons of food is wasted in super markets and food parties but we are expected to believe there is lack of food, there is starvation. Thousands of tons of vegetables and grains are stuffed in cold storage and godowns around the world and we are expected to believe there is food scarcity. Millions of jobs are waiting to produce even more crops and take care of cows, which, in turn, will to produce huge amount of safe food and nutrition-rich milk products, but we are told there are no jobs. Cities around the world are getting cramped with people who breath pollution throughout their life and struggle hard to even survive, but we are expected to believe that health and prosperity are available only in the cities. Gibberish, to say the least.

Mother Earth can hold much more population than what she has on her gigantic body today and God can supply more than what we need. It is a shame that even people supposedly trained in Vedic philosophy have also, willingly or unwillingly, begun to support this myth and are promoting the nonsense of contraceptives for population control. Contraceptives have turned humans into animals as they indulge in sex without being responsible. It has also increased number of diseases and more are coming. If at all world population needs to be checked, it is the quality of it, not only the number. Nature knows well how to handle the number. Human beings have to simply follow the rules set by God. When this is not done, mother nature restricts food supply, and imposes diseases and other calamities to settle the account.

Eko bahunam yo vidadhati kaman: although God is one, He maintains all living entities with their necessities for life. The living entities in different forms are sons of the Lord, and therefore the father, the Supreme Lord, supplies them food according to their different bodies. The small ant is supplied a grain of sugar, and the elephant is supplied tons of food, but everyone is able to eat. Therefore there is no question of overpopulation. Because the father, Kåñëa, is fully opulent, there is no scarcity of food, and because there is no scarcity, the propaganda of overpopulation is only a myth. Actually one suffers for want of food when material nature, under the order of the father, refuses to supply him food. It is the living entity’s position that determines whether food will be supplied or not. When a diseased person is forbidden to eat, this does not mean that there is a scarcity of food; rather, the diseased person requires the treatment of not being supplied with food.” (S.B. 9.20.21 purport)

“Formerly, they used to have one hundred sons. Now the fathers have no such power. But in the, up to five thousand years ago, King Dhrutarastra gave birth to one hundred sons. Now we are… We say, we are saying that we are overpopulated. But that’s not the fact. At the present moment, where there is the question of overpopulation? Now how many of us giving birth hundreds of children? No. Nobody. But formerly, a father could give birth to one hundred children. So there is no question of overpopulation.” (SP lecture, B.G. 4.13 New York April 8, 1973)

This gives an idea of what kind of blabbering is going on these days unnecessarily scaring people about overpopulation. For a fact, we do not face an impending population explosion. Instead, the possibility is of a population implosion. Looking at the overall picture, the fear is not about overpopulation; it is more about underpopulatoin. Let us look at the figures published last year from the documentary Demographic Winter.

“Countries with a fertility rate (FR) below replacement level (2.1 children per woman) now number more than 80 worldwide — and counting. This list includes the entire West, where populations whose ancestors birthed Western civilization are disappearing. As examples, know that My Big Fat Greek Wedding is a big fat Greek myth: The cradle of Western civilization now has empty cradles with an FR of 1.34; Italy, whose Roman ancestors assumed the Hellenistic mantle, has an FR of 1.4. The sun has also set on native Britons’ fecundity just as it did on their empire; the United Kingdom’s overall FR has risen to 1.98 due to Muslim baby-booming, but indigenous Britons’ FR is lower.

“The same demographic reality is evident in most of Asia, with China (1.7), Japan (1.4), Hong Kong (1.2), Singapore (1.3), and South Korea (1.2) being prime examples. And many developing nations are on the same trajectory, with Costa Rica (1.9), Uruguay (1.9), Brazil (1.8), and Cuba (1.7) illustrating the point. Then there’s Mexico: While its women bore almost seven children each in the 1960s, the FR rate is declining fast and stands at 2.3 today.

“Overall, the world’s 1950 to 1955 FR of 4.95 has declined by more than half and now stands at 2.36. Professional demographers tell us this will continue and that perhaps as early as 2050 and no later than 2100, the Earth’s population will begin declining. The “graying” that has plagued Japan and Europe will envelop the planet.

Now let us see how some environmentalists bluff and how they get exposed in due course of time. Sure enough, they attempt to come up with excuses and new theories by the time they get exposed, but fortunately, not all buy their arguments.

“At the first Earth Day celebration, in 1969, environmentalist Nigel Calder warned, “The threat of a new ice age must now stand alongside nuclear war as a likely source of wholesale death and misery for mankind.” C.C. Wallen of the World Meteorological Organization said, “The cooling since 1940 has been large enough and consistent enough that it will not soon be reversed.” In 1968, Professor Paul Ehrlich, Vice President Gore’s hero and mentor, predicted there would be a major food shortage in the U.S. and “in the 1970s … hundreds of millions of people are going to starve to death.” Ehrlich forecasted that 65 million Americans would die of starvation between 1980 and 1989, and by 1999 the U.S. population would have declined to 22.6 million.”

“In 1972, a report was written for the Club of Rome warning the world would run out of gold by 1981, mercury and silver by 1985, tin by 1987 and petroleum, copper, lead and natural gas by 1992. Gordon Taylor, in his 1970 book The Doomsday Book, said Americans were using 50 percent of the world’s resources and “by 2000 they [Americans] will, if permitted, be using all of them.” In 1975, the Environmental Fund took out full-page ads warning, “The World as we know it will likely be ruined by the year 2000.

And what happened? Year 2013 was dubbed “the best year in human history” by Think Progress. It found there were fewer people in abject penury [worldwide] than at any other point in human history, and middle class people enjoyed their highest standard of living ever.

“Despite the warnings of Ehrlich-like doomsayers, there is no modern example of famine — and perhaps no example in history — caused by “overpopulation” per se. Virtually every mass starvation of the 20th century, however, was the result of governments pursuing immoral policies. The most notable instances were the collectivization-spawned famines in the Marxist Soviet Union, North Korea, and Mao Tse-tung’s China, tragedies in which tens of millions of people perished. Also note that the very technology required to sustain large populations, such as high-yield food production and modern water-delivery systems, will undoubtedly be perpetuated and improved unless social breakdown causes technological breakdown. In this case, the United States would be imperiled, for 320 million people cannot live primitively off the land.” (Source: Debunking the overpopulation myth

From a common sense point of view, in order to be overpopulated, a country or the Earth needs to have insufficient food, insufficient living space or insufficient clothing.

With the world population at around merely 7 billion, food and living space cannot be a concern from a sensible point of view.  In is estimated that the world could feed up to 35 billion people. Most surveys and sources suggest that the world population will start declining in 2050 after reaching around 9 billion.

Coming to reality, a naturally resourceful country like India or Africa alone can increase crop yields to the point of providing food to the entire world. It is plain nonsense to propose that the Earth cannot supply enough resources and humans need to build colonies on other planets. A class of modern scientists is going nuts and throwing wild assumptions for want of good intelligence.

So far dwelling space is concerned, statistics show that the entire human race can comfortably fit in a small portion of the Earth. It was estimated in 2003 that the entire population of the world could live inside the state of Arkansas. The world is not crowded; it seems so because humans are crowding a few places instead of living in their own. Thanks to the advertising industry, people are made to believe that only by doing such and such businesses or only by living in such and such places can they be prosperous. The result is sky-rocketing real estate prices in over-congested cities and abandoned resourceful villages.

Blaming “overpopulation” for poverty is another mistake. The Earth is too big and nature is too resourceful to let poverty touch mankind. It is the miserly nature of a few powerful leaders that throws others below so-called poverty line. For example, in Ethiopia, government officials are blamed for causing poverty as they confiscate food and export it in exchange of arms supply. In Africa, excessive government spending, taxes on farmers, inflation, trade restrictions and too much government ownership have largely contributed to poverty. The so-called 1st world countries have been enjoying other countries’ prosperity by first making them fight with one another and then supplying weapons to them in exchange of food, oil and other natural resources thus effectively making them suffer from the so-called overpopulation.

“Depopulation is more likely to cause economic distress than these other factors. Consumers are the largest component of GDP. If you drop that, it drags down the whole economy. Schools close for lack of students, neighborhoods are void of children, labor shortages cramp productivity and the list goes on. With fewer children we would be faced with an aging population causing generational warfare on government spending. Social Security and Medicare are unsustainable unless each generation of taxpaying workers is larger than the one before it.

“Fertility should be encouraged, not seen as a crime. The myth of overpopulation has been exposed as fertility rates continue to fall drastically, in many cases below replacing rate. The lowest replacement rate is 2.1 children per woman, yet many countries like Italy and Russia are closer to 1.69. Even without so-called “population control,” fertility rates have dropped as women put off marriage and children to pursue higher education. Population control, often mislabeled as “reproductive rights,” today consists of sterilization, contraception, abortion and open discouragement of fertility.

“China’s notorious one-child policy which includes forced abortions and sterilizations will lead to a collapsing culture as the population plummets. The sad reality of sterilization is if a woman has a child, and gets sterilized afterwards, and her child tragically dies young, she can never have another. Not only are forced abortions a waste of human potential (which developing child could have been the next Mozart or Einstein?), abortion drugs administered to women in foreign countries also often cause serious complications. Medical posts in Africa or Peru are filled with contraceptives and other population control related items, but they often lack basics needed for overall health.” (Source: Overpopulation is a myth. Plenty of food and space exists)

Diminishing Birth Rates

Today’s men are not potent enough to produce more than a few children, sometimes not even one, no matter how much they endeavor. Women are not fertile enough either. On top of that, with the menace of contraceptives and surgeries to prevent pregnancy, there is a sharp decline in the birth rate. Marriages are happening when women are almost middle age, reducing chances of successful pregnancy. Abortion is another nuisance. People have become incredibly irresponsible for want to good education and training. Nothing good can be expected in a godless society.

“Many countries’ have zero or even negative population growth, with birth rates below national replacement rates — the degree upon which a population replaces itself. As it stands, the Western European countries of Germany, Holland, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Sweden have total fertility rates below the replacement rate. Denmark saw 4,400 fewer children born in 2011 than in 2010, with projections in 2012 on track for the nation having its lowest birth rate on record since 1988. Canada’s birth rate fell to 10.5 per 1,000 people in 2002, the lowest it had been since 1921. New figures in 2011 showed it had dipped even further to 10.28.

“Australia’s birth rate decline over the past two decades is so worrisome to its government that it introduced “extensive changes” to taxes and benefits that would assist families and encourage growth. China, a nation typically (but incorrectly) called out as experiencing a continuous population boon comparative to rabbits, has seen its birth rates decline from 16.12 per 1,000 people in 2000 to 12.31 in 2012. Mexico’s population explosion is now a myth similar to China’s; in 2010, The Economist declared the country’s birth rate to be in “free fall.” Russia’s 2012 birth rate was lower at 10.94 per 1,000 people than its death rate at 16.03 per 1,000 people. Russia has the second highest death rate of any country in the world.

“In 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared South Korea to have the world’s lowest birth rate for the second year in a row; North Korea’s birth rates were also in steep decline, from 20.43 per 1,000 people in 2000 to 14.51 per 1,000 people in 2012. Japan’s government is now estimating that if birth rates in the country continue to decline on the same trend as seen in the past few decades, the nation’s population will shrink 30 percent by 2060. Morocco, Syria, and Saudi Arabia’s fertility rates have all declined nearly 60 percent overall. Singapore’s birth rates dropped so low in 2012 (1.2 per 1,000 people), the nation’s Prime Minister’s office released a paper to combat the “serious” issue entitled, “Our Population Our Future.”

“While birth rates for both boys and girls are dropping in India, baby girl births are showing a much sharper decline than baby boys. Poland officially has one of the lowest birth rates in the world as well. Finally, American birth rates have fallen to the lowest levels since the Great Depression, with the 2011 fertility rate being the lowest reported in all of U.S. History. The highest birth rates in 2012 were reported in the African nations of Niger and Uganda, but these two countries also have some of the lowest overall life expectancy rates at 54 and 53 years respectively as when compared with the U.S. or the U.K., where life expectancy rates are nearly 30 years higher.”

Increasing Disease Rates

No matter how the medical industry boast about reducing mortality rate, it remains a fact that the number of disease and diseased people have increased at an alarming rate. This is evident from the monstrous growth of pharmaceutical industry and exploding health insurance companies. Governments are proud of constructing more and more hospitals, and appointments of doctors, who are increasing in number like mushrooms,  are becoming painfully difficult. What does this show if not increased disease rates?

“While birth and fertility rates are dropping en masse, other figures are rising just as quickly. WHO has estimated that Alzheimer’s and other debilitating dementias effect 24.3 million people and are rising in developing countries; WHO has announced this number is now expected to double every 20 years. Childhood Leukemia and brain cancers are on the rise as well, with figures jumping about one percent every year for each of the last 20 years.

“Autoimmune diseases are rocketing off the charts. Celiac disease — an autoimmune disorder that causes the body to attack the small intestine which has the primary function of nutrient absorption — now afflicts five times as many Americans than it did in the 1950s. According to the American Diabetes Association, the incidence of type 1 diabetes in American youth increased 23 percent just between 2001 and 2009. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) admitted in a study released earlier this year that autism now afflicts one in every 88 children.”(Source: https://www.infowars.com/overpopulation-is-a-eugenics-agenda-lie/)

Medical errors is another reason people are dying prematurely. It’s no more a secret that hospital authorities and medical industry combine have managed to cover it up for decades. A latest report reveals that in the US only more than 250,000 patients die every year due to medical errors. And that’s just an official figure. There are other reports suggesting the number is 440,000 a year. This makes medical errors third biggest cause of death, second after cancer, in the United States. Other countries are no better. Medical errors are bound to happen considering health industry has proven to be one of the biggest lucrative businesses today.

In conclusion, again, overpopulation is a myth. It is childish to assume that in the past our planet was never more populated than it is today or will be in the next few centuries. Earth has seen an unknown number of massive natural calamities in the past. The present growth is just a rebuilding process. Supporting the over population myth will only benefit industries like the ones mentioned in this article, and weapon manufactures as they look forward to mass murdering in the name of saving the mankind. Killing animals and peace-loving birds has not satisfied human lust. Now they have taken to searching out sea creatures lying 1000s of meters below water and killing them to increase food supply! Such disgusting acts will definitely backfire and nature will whip today’s mankind with massive earthquakes, floods, droughts, uncontrollable forest fires, devastating cyclones, epidemics, wars and such other punishing tools at her command. There will be no speculations on overpopulation then.
