Keeping with his style of doing what he thinks is good for India, on Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released an audio CD of Sri Ramcharitmanas.

Ramayana, originally written by Valmiki Rishi, was later on written by Saint Tulasi das, a great devotee of Lord Ramachandra. The Ramayana version of Tulasi das is known as Ramcharitmanas and the audio CD released by Mr Modi is based on that.
