Flights and Trains disrupted by dense fog in Uttar Pradesh

It makes sense when it is said the nature does not negotiate. Not bothering for the difficulties our North Indian friends could face, this year the winter has broken scores of records. Dense fog continues to disrupt air and rail traffic in New Delhi as over 60 flights and 100 trains were delayed today. 16 people have died in Uttar Pradesh as the entire northern region reels under an intense cold wave with the mercury dipping to freezing point at several places.
