The English Bhagavad Gita class has gotten under way. The first class was kicked off by HH Veda Vyas Priya Swami. He presented a very nice Power Point overview of the Bhagavad Gita. A different Senior devotee will speak every night rotating about every two weeks.
Class is held every night except Friday in the Panca Tattva Extension Hall at 7:30pm and lasts till around 8:20 – 8:30pm. It is also televised on Mayapur TV. We have as many as 100 people watching online.
The class was organized and initiated by me (Bhakta Jeff from St. Louis, Missouri in the USA) simply because I wanted to attend. I had help and encouragement from many wonderful devotees. Padmapad Das in New Devotee training, Nrishinga Das and Sudha Nitai Das in Mayapur TV and my good friend in Mayapur Basudeb Krishna Das.
